- Rare Skin Disease Nepal (RSDN) is a non-profit non-governmental organization registered at the Kathmandu District office. It has been officially registered since 2023.
- Objective
- The main objectives of the organizations is to provide Nepalese patients with rare skin disease a proper timely diagnosis and treatment. Further, this organization is advocating for the recognition of rare disease in the country.
- Team
- The group consists of dermatologists and advocates of rare disease in Nepal. We have already started our collaborative work both nationally and globally as part of research. This group also actively involved with skin-related Neglected tropical diseases. Many of the team members are also involved in several international working groups of Skin-NTDs and are involvedly in making national guidelines and training modules for these diseases including Leprosy.
